Mumbai theatres take off SRK’s posters

Cinema halls in Mumbai are reportedly removing posters of Shah Rukh Khan’s My Name is Khan, fearing violence after a Shiv Sena diktat.

Sena is angry after Shah Rukh backed the participation of Pakistani cricketers in the IPL.

Cinema owners refused to come on camera but have clearly indicated that they are scared of violence by Sainiks. Some even expressed doubt over the release of My Name is Khan, scheduled for February 12.
