Vivek Oberoi takes a dig at Salman Khan
Having paid the price for being too outspoken, Vivek Oberoi had been keeping a low profile of late. In fact, the actor, in this self-ablution phase had also apologised for his decade-old verbal attack on Salman Khan.
Needless to say, Salman hadn’t been too receptive. But, Vivek too seems to be going back to his bratty ways. While visiting a radio station on World No Tobacco Day, the actor who has recently signed a film titled Sher took a dig at Salman Khan’s YRF project Ek Tha Tiger.
A source present at the media interaction told, “A journalist asked Vivek which film he thought was bigger – Salman Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger or his Sher. At first Vivek smiled and then said, “Sher tiger se bada hota hai. And then he winked.”
But Vivek, who by then had perhaps regressed to his old outspoken self, did not stop at that. At the event organised on World No Tobacco Day, when he was asked about Shah Rukh Khan’s smoking habits, he promptly answered, “Whenever Shah Rukh bhai meets me, he says that he wants to quit smoking. For him, I want to request his fans to pray that he eventually gets rid of this habit.”
“Main personally kisiko nahi bolta to not smoke,” continued the actor and added, “I simply tell them the pros and cons. After visiting the Tata Memorial hospital and seeing cancer patients, anybody would give up smoking.”
Here’s hoping that his good intentions outshine his outspoken ways this time around.
